The application can be installed through the link from the Creaseart website or the play store. The installation process is simple, and it can be completed in less than 2 minutes depending on Internet connectivity. It can be done by clicking the install icon in the stores.

The application is currently available in Google Play Store for Android users, Apple Store for iPhone users and Windows stores as well. The mobile app is compatible with all smartphones and tablets.

The application can be installed free of cost and does not involve any cost. This is a facilitator application designed to enhance consumer experience and does not require any fees for installation.

The Customers can create an account in two ways. They can either log in using their Social Media accounts, and this will not require a unique password. A separate account with a password can be created using the email id. These credentials can be utilised to manage the account.

Customers can click the forgot password icon in that case. A link will be sent to the registered email which can be used to reset the password.

The Order

Once the final selection of the vendor is selected, the consumer can click the select button, and they will be directed to the order form. The form will contain details like the type of service required, some clothes, pick up time and place, consumer details, address, etc. The approximate cost will be displayed at this stage. Customers can select the confirm icon to proceed with the order.

The main details that should be added include a number of clothes and types, mode of pick up, time and locations, expected delivery date and other special instructions.

This is a highly unusual request, and we accept changes made within the first 30 minutes of order placement. However, it would be challenging to change pick up time and location after dispatch of the collection executive.

It is essential to check the clothes for any important receipts and valuables beforehand. The company will not be responsible for the loss of these items after pick up. Our collection executive will collect the clothes and share a receipt for the same.

The application offers the freedom of choice to the consumers, and we encourage them to place the order through it.

All laundry services offered by the company are provided in the description. The consumers can contact our customer support team when they require specialised cleaning services.

The entire cleaning process is updated regularly in the application. Consumers can follow this schedule to make the necessary changes. However, if the request is made after delivery, it will be considered as a new order.

The company does not charge for the first ------ cancellations which are made before pick up of the laundry. If the cancellations are made after pick up, then a small convenience fee will be levied.

Payment

We receive payment through credit card, debit card, payment gateways and Cash on Delivery. Consumers can select their preferred mode at the time of order placement.

We currently do not have a loyalty system and will be launching one shortly.

Our executives offer a bill on receiving payment for the laundry services. You will also receive an e-bill to the registered email. We encourage consumers to insist on the bill and contact us in case of any discrepancies.

Reviews & Feedback

We have a proactive and effective customer support team, and all queries are answered within 5 to 6 hours during the workday. It will be addressed with 24 hours during weekends. Consumers can contact us through the support number in case of emergencies.

We have devised a simple feedback mechanism which helps our consumers to rate the services on various aspects. This will be done by service quality, delivery time, responsiveness, customer support, value for money, etc.

Consumers can share their complaints through the review forum or the email. All complaints will be addressed within 12 hours, and the issues will be resolved.
